XP Pro - NetBT errors galore!

Rating9.1Excellent

Hoping for some help eliminating this one.  I had this nice XP Pro machine working fine when disaster struck and I suddenly lost the MBR.  Tested disk extensively - came out OK.  XP Pro - SP3, full upated.  AMD Athlon 3400+ Proc, 1 gB RAM, large disk is 30% full.  I did what is called a "parallel XP install" (a repair install was not an option - long story) and brought it back meaning that the orig XP boot was still present but a second boot structure allowed me to get my files back in shape.  Now I'm faced with this:  See the attachment.  I've eliminated the orig boot files via boot-ini.

Can someone please work with me to avoid this constant 4321 error which never showed up before the reinstall.  Machine no dot.3 is the "new" computer and the dot.2 machine is my other desktop.  I run two through a router out to FIOS.   I see quite a few refs to this error on the 'net but they're all over the place.  I'd like to get it done - the right way.  That's why EE is so valuable.

I'm willing to work on it...
